Nashville Bridal Show
On January 14th, The Pink Bride hosted a bridal show at the Nashville Music City Center. My great friend, and bride to be, Ariana and I attended even though we both already have a lot of our wedding planned, but we wanted to go and check it out, enter some raffles and get some inspiration. There were a ton of different vendors ranging from DJ's, to wedding planners, caterers and even bridal/mens shops. For $10 a ticket (if you're a bride), I think it is definitely worth checking out if there is one near you!
First and foremost, you get a TON of information and things. Pamphlets, bags, samples - everyone there will probably have something for you if you stop by their booth. There is so much to do and see so if you’re going in there for something specific, look at the map and hit those booths first.
Some booths even had drawings for you to win prizes - whether it was a percentage off their service, a free party, some were even giving away full services! Enter any and everything, you never know what you could win!
Aside from vendors, there were so many great setups for table decor ideas, drink examples for the bar, and even people there who are travel agents and can help you plan your honeymoon! There were also fashion shows throughout the day showcasing bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses and colors, mens tux's and suits, flower girl dresses etc. Anything you need to see pertaining you and your wedding party's outfits were shown on the runway! It was also a good chance to sit and rest your feet because you will do A LOT of walking! I should also mention a lot of caterers there bring food samples and I would suggest going on an empty stomach. We has SO MANY amazing tasting from mac and cheese, to fancy finger foods, all the way to the cake.
All in all, I'm going to keep this one short and sweet but if you have a bridal show coming to your area, I definitely recommend going. My venue requires a certified day of coordinator the day of our wedding and I entered and won some money off of one which made my life so much easier! I took a very amature video of what I could that day to give you an idea of what to expect! Excuse my shakiness and lack of footage - we were so busy talking to everyone that I forgot to pull it out half the time! But here is just a little of what I got!
